Shower doors & enclosures
Installing a frameless shower door is a simple update that adds a modern touch and creates a major impact for your bathroom.
Every opening is templated on site before glass is cut — walls that lean, curbs that slope and tile that bows are all measured in, so the door hangs true and the water stays inside. Choose your glass, your hardware finish and your handle profile; we fabricate the rest.
Semi-frameless & framed
A slimmer budget with a tighter water seal — useful on tubs and older openings.
Sliding & bypass
Barn-style top-hung tracks and bypass panels for bathrooms with no swing clearance.

02 — Structural
Glass railings & balustrades
Stair, balcony and terrace railings that meet code without blocking the view you paid for.
We specify the system to the application: continuous base shoe for a clean floor line, standoffs where the structure is masonry, spigots on decks. Glass is tempered or laminated to the load case, and handrails come in brushed brass, matte black, satin stainless or powder-coated to your colour.

03 — Commercial
Storefronts, entrances & partitions
Retail bays, restaurants and office fit-outs across the District — including the calls that come in at 6am.
We glaze and re-glaze storefront systems, hang frameless glass entrance doors with the closer and pull to match, and build full-height partition walls for glazed meeting rooms. If a panel goes down overnight we board up first and replace on schedule, so you are trading the next morning.

04 — Residential
Windows: repair & replacement
Foggy units, cracked panes and tired hardware — usually fixable without replacing the whole window.
A misted double-glazed unit means the seal has failed, not that the window is finished. We measure the insulated glass unit, fabricate a replacement and swap it into your existing frame. Where a full replacement genuinely is the answer, we will tell you that too.

05 — Custom cut
Mirrors, table tops & everything else.
If it can be cut from a sheet, polished and delivered up a DC row-house staircase, we make it.

Vanity and wall mirrors cut to your dimensions with polished or beveled edges.

Integrated lighting, demister pads and touch controls, wired to your circuit.

06 — Contract work
Bids & public tenders
We bid glass and glazing packages — private invitations to tender and public solicitations alike — across the District, Maryland and Virginia.
General contractors, construction managers, property managers and procurement officers can send us drawings and specifications and get a priced, scoped submission back within the bid window. Because fabrication is in-house, our schedule commitments are ours to keep rather than a supplier's to miss.

We read the glazing sections, flag anything ambiguous and come back with questions before the RFI deadline.

Shop drawings and submittals, fabrication in our shop, install by our own crew, closeout documents at the end.

Common questions.
How long does a frameless shower door take?
From template to install is typically one to two weeks, because we fabricate in our own shop rather than waiting on an outside supplier. Complex units — steam enclosures, curved glass, specialty coatings — take longer, and we will tell you the honest date at estimate.
Do you charge for the estimate?
No. Measure and estimate are free across DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia. If you send photos and rough dimensions we can often give you a working number before we visit.
Is my glass tempered?
All shower, railing, door and table glass we supply is tempered safety glass, and laminated where the application or code calls for it. Every panel carries its safety stamp.
Can you replace just the foggy glass in my window?
Usually yes. A misted double-glazed unit is a failed seal, not a failed window. We measure the insulated glass unit, fabricate a replacement and fit it into your existing frame.
What does the guarantee cover?
Five years, in writing, on parts and workmanship for residential installations. Hardware carries its own manufacturer warranty on top of that.
Do you handle emergencies?
Yes. For commercial break-ins and storm damage we board up to secure the opening, then replace the glass on the next available slot.
Do you bid on public tenders and government contracts?
Yes. We price glass and glazing packages for private invitations to tender and public solicitations across federal, DC, Maryland and Virginia agencies, as well as subcontract bids to general contractors and construction managers. Send drawings, the glazing specification sections, the solicitation number and the due date.
