Bethesda, MD
Bethesda work skews larger: primary-bath renovations in mid-century colonials, full-height steam enclosures, and wide low-iron panels where a standard clear glass would show a green edge against pale marble. We fabricate the oversized panels these bathrooms usually call for in-house.
Typical Bethesda jobs are frameless primary-bath enclosures over 60 inches wide, glass balustrades on renovated staircases, and wall-to-wall vanity mirrors cut to a template.

Questions
Shower enclosures and mirrors do not require a permit. Structural railings and exterior glazing can, depending on scope — we flag it at estimate and coordinate with your contractor or the county as needed.
For half-inch tempered glass we routinely fabricate panels well past the standard door width. Beyond a certain span we will recommend splitting into a door plus fixed panel for deflection rather than selling you a panel that flexes.
From template to install is typically one to two weeks, because we fabricate in our own shop rather than waiting on an outside supplier.
No. Measure and estimate are free throughout Bethesda, MD. Send photos and rough dimensions and we can often give you a working number before we visit.
